Peaches and Cream Tart

To pretty to eat but still so delicious that my fork does the destruction by itself.


Fruit in dessert just mean you have a reason to say I m eating fruit so its healthy right !

I know summer is almost gone but who can resist peaches and cream when they can be this pretty

Even ever I look my heart just goes AAWWW


Let get into the making shall we. Only 4 ingredients! JUST 4 ! yes you heard me right just 4

The base = biscuits + butter

Filling = cream (i m using sweetened so no sugar)

Top = peaches

and that’s it.


Easy as that , so on try it i know you have these ingredients lying around your home somewhere .


Peaches and Cream Tart

  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 50 grams digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 peach


In a food process add biscuits and pulse until a crumb is formed

Transfer the crumb into a bowl and pour in melted butter, mix using a spoon so that everything is well coated with butter.

Place the biscuit crumb into a tart tin and using a spoon make an even layer making sure to cover the sides as well. Using a flat surface object like a glass press the crumbs to form a base.

Chill in freezer for 10 minutes

Cut the peach in half and remove the seed. Slice the peach into thin slices.

Take out the base from the freezer and pipe in whipped cream , arrange the peaches on top and you’re done.
